• Sessions are available Monday to Friday, between 11:00 and 15:00.

• When booking, please share your full name and preferred day/time.

 

Before Your Session

 

• The location details will be shared with you one day before your session.

• We will also send a short confirmation message the day before.

(This helps us prepare the space for you with care ✨)

If we do not receive your confirmation message,

your time slot may be offered to someone else.
