This is a group sound healing session. Participants take their seats in a circle. We begin by explaining the principles of this spiritual practice. Then, as a circle, we introduce ourselves, connect with one another, and recognize that we are all in a safe and loving space. As Yuuka and Gökhan, we voice the collective intention of the circle for purification, healing, and spiritual transformation. We ask for the Creator’s guidance and blessings, surrender to the process, and the journey begins.

Throughout the session, Yuuka and Gökhan enter a semi-trance state, using instruments such as shamanic drums, Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoos, cymbals, and flutes, while allowing our voices to flow freely, guided by the inspiration that arises in the moment. The sounds that emerge sometimes reflect the emotional, mental, or physical pains of the participants in the circle. At other times, they become the healing vibrations of the participants’ spiritual light or the expressions of master spirits and angels from the spirit realm who accompany, protect, and send their healing energies to the circle. In this way, both darkness and light find expression, are heard, felt, and experienced internally. Participants should not expect to hear only harmonious sounds. This is a shamanic and powerful practice, and the expression of darkness is as important as the expression of light. At times, sounds that seem dissonant or conflicting may arise. Those in the circle must remember that we cannot reflect anything that does not already exist within themselves. Whether the sounds they hear are harmonious and loving or unsettling and sorrowful, they arise from a source within themselves and the collective consciousness of the circle.

With this awareness and acceptance, participants observe the ever-changing sensations in their physical bodies, emotions, and minds throughout the session. This deep listening can sometimes lead participants into a full trance state, where the sounds may guide them into symbolic dreams reflecting the energies within them. For example, one person might envision themselves sitting on a radiant throne above the clouds, while another might feel like a fish at the bottom of the ocean. These visions, like all sensations, are observed without reaction, with complete acceptance.

During this process, emotional releases begin as universal healing energies descend into the circle. Physical sensations such as crying, laughter, pain, cold, sweating, coughing, or itching may arise. As the session nears its end, more light and joy begin to be felt. At this stage, we invite everyone in the circle to pick up and play an instrument if they feel called to do so and to use their voices to become an active expression of healing for one another—a celebratory expression of divine oneness and love. The session often concludes with ecstatic emotions, laughter, and tears of joy.

At the end of the session, we hold hands and, during a five-minute meditation, share the happiness and healing that have opened in our hearts with the entire world and humanity. We express gratitude to the Creator and all the spirits entrusted with this work, then open the circle.

After the circle, we part ways by enjoying light snacks, drinking water, engaging in conversation, and making new friends.

The session lasts between 90 and 150 minutes.
